At Emilys House Heaven, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our little shop of heavenly / angel gifts time and time again. That’s why we believe that our shop policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Payment
Our prices are in UK pounds sterling.
All payments are made via Wix Payments or Paypal.
This is the most safe and secure method and no card details are stored by us.
If you do not have a PayPal account you can pay via your card on the PayPal website by simply selecting Debit/Credit card and checking out as a guest.
Postage & Packaging
We have a single P&P charge of £3.95, unless otherwise stated certain heavier items will be charged more at a rate of £5.95. This is for UK Mainland only.
Ireland standard small parcel is £6.45 EU countries prices vary due to Brexit please check before ordering.
International orders are £21.00, which is the standard, tracked and signed for service for a small parcel overseas.
Our aim is to post all orders within 5 working days, subject to stock availability. You will be contacted via email if there is any change to your order. If for any reason you do not receive your order after 7 working days please contact us at emilyshouseheaven@hotmail.co.uk
Returns
We hope that you are happy with your order but if for any reason you are not, you can return it to us within 7 working days of receipt. All items must be returned to us in the condition they were sent to you, clearly unused and in their original packaging.
For all returns you are required to arrange and pay for the return postage costs. Please contact us on the above email address to request a return and clearly state why you wish to return your item and the returns address will be provided.
We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit, so we ask that you please obtain proof of postage when making your return.

We respect our customers privacy and ensure that this is protected. Your information will not be provided to any third parties. We will only ever use your email address information to contact you regarding any updates / changes to your order(s) or to keep you informed of any offers you may be interested in.
